I've attached a mockup of the History module
As with all the modules, the Bible text is at top left.
Top right is a list of Bible names, and when you click on them, the list collapses to just three names, with the start of an article (as in the mockup).
When you click on a name the timeline should also scroll to the correct place and highlight the name (if it is present in the timeline).
The timeline is simply taken from someone else's work and it is likely to look very different.

Colin is working on a wonderful database with lots of information, which will take some time to create. This full database won't be available for some time.
The Scripture part of the tool is a separate module.
David and Chris are still at the very basic stage of working out how we are going to store the database and interrogate it.

I suggest that David and Chris concentrate on what would normally be very easy - creating a clickable list of names which links to a series of entries about that name - ie just the top-right-hand box. What makes this difficult is doing creating this as a database.

I suggest we create a dummy database based on this:

So all we are aiming for at present is to create a page which has the list in one box and the details in another, so that when you click on a name, their details turn up in the other box.
Sounds simple, but first we have to decide on a database!
