The Greek interlinear looks roughly right to me.
I can't see it at http://crosswire.org:8080/~chrisburrell/Step.html yet,
so I guess you haven't uploaded it (or it needs another button or something).
Looking at your screen dump, I can see that
* the correct Greek words are turning up under the English.
* occasionally a Greek word is in the English line (eg right at the start,
and at the start of other verses. They appear to be words which have no
equivalent in English.
* occasionally Greek words are missing. They appear to be words which
appear too soon in the Greek to be matched up properly with the English
word order.
A good start!
