Bible text oddities

Doing some work with the Bible texts Chris provided. Very useful, but
just a few things that would make it marginally easier to work with (for
reference for future extractions), plus a couple of notes.

- it would be easier to have the @Chapter 1 line for books with only one
chapter, just for consistency. (Our internal bible references work this
way - Obad.1.5 for Obadiah verse 5.) I've modified my local copies to
fix this.
- the KJV text for some reason has a space before all the punctuation
- using the OSIS book name abbreviations instead of the full name of the
book since that's what we'll be doing internally (Can be looked up
assuming they're consistent, or we assume we have the books in the right
order - but that fails the minute we start working with an NT-only
translation or a Bible with an Apocrypha).
- including the translation as the first name of the file might be
useful too.

Note that these texts also treat the Psalm header as part of verse 1.
