Have fixed the problems you raised. Most were typos, but one was
completely wrong (transcription error I suspect). There'll be a fuller
check done on the next pass.

What I have is a Perl script which goes through all the CSV files and
outputs the timelines in (very basic) HTML, and the references in Bible
order per book. It's a bit hacky but works. Needs a quick update so that
the directories where it's reading and writing to are clearer, but will
upload to the dropbox in the next day or two.
