Ok. Here's what I found (including some really pedantic things...)

I don't have Cardo on my machine, so I don't think I can fix these
things without screwing the formatting up. (I converted to Ezra SIL so I
could read them, and now it won't let me put them back...)

* top table is missing terminal pe (with and without dagesh), and also
terminal kaf with dagesh.
* third line of top table would be va... etc given the bet has no dagesh.
* need a note that non-voiced schwah is just dropped.
* the Heywa example would need to be Heywa)
* sin is variously listed as ss, Ś or either. (Think we're going for ss.
If we're going for Ś then the "is ssâssÔn or ŚâŚOn" is missing the
circumflex on the second waw-holam.)
* In "transliteration->consonantal Hebrew", worth noting (perhaps) that
_ stands for space. ph_ and ts_ are partly in the wrong font.
* More importantly though, wouldn't consonantal Hebrew normally be
written without the dageshes as well?
